This Body Wash Smells Like Pantene Damage Repair Conditioner

Clean and simple. If it is then this post would just be on Instagram or Twitter.

Ivory Original Scented Body Wash, the one in the picture above, does not smell like Ivory Soap. You will be disappointed if you assume it does (prolly because of the word "original") and that's the reason why you're getting it. It smells like Pantene Damage Repair Conditioner, the one manufactured in Thailand. Both products are from the same company. Figures. Now you know what to pair if you want a matchy-matchy scent from head to toe. The floral scent with an underlying chemical note is strong whilst still in the shower but I could not sniff it on my arm two hours after. However, I could smell it on myself again when I sweat. I'm not too fond of the scent.

Get this if you want your skin to feel smooth and soft afterwards.

Blurb: No dyes, no heavy perfumes. Ivory simply gets you clean like a body wash should.

Ingredients:  Water/eau, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Sodium Chloride, Glycol Distearate, Fragrance/parfum, Sodium Citrate, Sodium Xylenesulfonate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Sodium Benzoate, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Citric Acid, Tetrasodium Edta, Methylchloroisothiazolinone, Methylisothiazolinone.

White with a sheen, Ivory Original Scented Body Wash is thicker than Johnson's pH 5.5 Body Washes. It lathers easy though you'd need a small amount more to get it as frothy as the latter but less than the locally released Palmolive Body Washes. A longer time in the shower is in order to wash the slippery feel completely off.

I appreciate the spout as it prevents product wastage and messy bottles, but I feel that "gutter" is unnecessary.

I'm not sure if there's a physical store in the country carrying Ivory Original Scented Body Wash. Online sellers have them though. Mine was a gift.
